I looked at the Doorknobs and Deadbolts from this website

What kind of the lock should I purchase ?
785 Double Cylinder Deadbolt
Keyed on the inside and outside
780 Single Cylinder Deadbolts
Keyed on the outside with a latch on the inside
Personally I like double Cylinder but Keyed on the inside and outside. Will you please let me know your opinion ? Thanks.

The answer will be in the purpose of the lock.
If it is to keep others out, the double key is best.
If that lock will stay on the door after renting, then it could be a considered a safety hazard against someone getting out quickly if they needed to so a knob latch on the inside is best after renting.
I prefer the latch option at all times, because once inside and working on the property, I dont usually lock the doors anyways while I am there.

a cylinder with key access on both sides in my State is considered a safety hazard. Code enforcement will make you change it to a latch on one side. If there is a fire and someone cannot escape the insurance company can possibly deny covering any claim as well.

A double-cylinder is good if the place is between tenants and there is stuff inside to steal -- most thieves want to cart stuff through the door.
However, someone just kicked in one of my vacant unit's doors last night so it would've saved me money just to leave the door unlocked.

What is called Single Cylinder and Deadbolts mean in the lock terminology ?

A single cylinder has one cylinder for a key and a thumblatch on the opposite side.
A double cylinder needs a key for each side, hence the danger for someone living inside if they have to get out fast and cannot find the key.
