New tenant, need advice
I just had a new tenant move in this week. She just texted me tonight asking if I want to get together next week. If she weren't a tenant I'd be interested, I just think it would be too complicated. Have any of you had this problem? How did you handle it? I definitely don't want to lose a tenant over this.
