Joined a coupe months ago, still looking for my first deal. My question is, how long after I get a rental going till I can count the monthly rental payment toward my DSR(debt service ratio) and not just against my debt. i saw on here some said 2 tax returms before lenders will consider rental income. Does anyone have a different experiences.
