Removing Pets

When someone sneaks in a pet against the lease, do you have any strong (legal) ways to get the animal out regardless of the tenant eviction process?

For example, imagine someone brings in a pit bull, and other tenants have a major problem with its presence. The eviction process can take a couple of months. How do you get the pit bull out much sooner?
