Hello Everyone, I am excited to be part of the biggerpockets community.

My interest in investment real-estate was inspired while I was working as a residential property manager for an investment company in CA. I have now teamed up with an invester to make that cash flow grow!. I'm hoping to learn all I can from you experts. We are now located in Alabama.
In California we both had developed a great Network of others in the business. Starting all over here. Ther is no REIA club here but have met some people working on putting one together.
We are mostly interested in buy and hold. I'm also kicking around taking on some management opportunities. ( I must be nuts! ) LOL
