Hello from Georgia
Hello all!
My name is Michael Gorlovsky, and I'm a young investor that's completely new to real estate investing. I'm 26 yo and I'm currently a dentist going through residency. I'm looking for a mentor or some advice on how to buy a preforeclosure or REO property in Georgia. I don't even know where to start, so I'm trying to better understand the steps I need to take to identify a good deal and even how to proceed once a good deal is identified. I know this business has a lot to do with who you know, so does anyone have any good contacts in Georgia? I know I'm asking for a lot, but any advice would be greatly appreciated.
