My name is Becky Buchanan and I am a fairly new realtor who also wants to get involved in the investing side of the game, i.e. wholesaling and rentals. I'm have to start part time as I would guess many do but I am excited about learning more from all the experts on this site and hopefully diversifying my real estate endeavors. I am currently working on the closing of my first investment property that we intend to rent for the time being.
