I have been a active agent/investor of 6 years now. I do deals from the low end to the very High end. At this time for SHR I am doing deals below the Jumbo mark as they are much easier to get done on the re-sale. I have done bulk Reo deals in the past my buyer buys 1-2 times a year. I would like to do more and learn more on the commericial side. Hope everyone is doing well..
