Hello from Central Jersey

Hi Everyone,

I'm new, that's why i'm posting in here. But my name's Albert and i'm 25 looking into maybe buying a home and testing the waters for the real estate business. I've got ZERO experience with real estate except for what i read in the news and books and etc. I do have a full time job with the state of New Jersey. And yeah, I hope to learn a lot through the forums.

Currently i'm reading up on foreclosures and short sales and anything in that area. Bird-dogging looks nice as well... But i'll need to research a bit more before I can really do anything =)
