Hey Craig and welcome. Can you tell us how long you've been a Loss Mitigation Consultant? What kind of background do you have that led you into that business?

There are people jumping into the Bulk REO space with little to no background in real estate, and I hope to find out more about your experience.

Hello JD, thanks for asking, well I started out as a REI in the med to late 90's it was through picking up a few properties that was faces with foreclosure and dealing with the (LM) Loss Mitigation department well it just peek my interest, so i started my research on loss mitigation in the mid 2000's when the market started to crash little did i know the timing was just right.. This is a great way for newbies to get started in REI. it's also a great service to all involved because we all win from the homeowner to me the LM consultant to lenders. Can you see a tremendous value here? Not only are we creating/ replacing income by saving homes from foreclosure Nationwide, we are also helping by becoming part of the solution to the sub prime mess, being a Real Estate Professional it just fit into the program. By me becoming a Loss Mitigation Consultant I feel this is a great tool to use in this market.
