Hey from Tucson, AZ
Hello everyone! My name is Colin Ralls, I'm 20 years old and currently a business management major at the Univ. of Arizona in Tucson. I began studying real estate investment last year and really love it. It makes so much more sense to me than having to work a day job until I am 60. I read any and every real estate investment book I can get my hands on. I am particularly interested in multi-family investments and I really like spending time learning about them and searching for them. I have not yet purchased any properties but am actively looking! I hope by starting young I will be able to become successful. :D
