MikeS here. Just getting starting and still in the education phase.
I'm a working agent in R/E for the last 1 1/2 years with a strong interest in investing. I'm still formulating my strategy but thing more along the lines of buy, & hold. I also would like to take advantage of short term opportunities that may present themselves but not sure yet which tactic to use. I'm looking to join an reia in my area so if anybody has any tips on that or anything else that would be appreciated.
