Awesome forum, lots of usefull resources, opinions and great advices. I am from Los Angeles, Cali, at the moment not looking to invest in a 500k dump here in LA, but looking to invest out of state, either in Upstate NY, TX, or where ever I can get a hold of dirt cheap properties. I am a newbie so if someone think they went thru the same thing I am thinking of leaping in, please feel free to point a newbie the right way.
