Thank you for the warm welcome, and as to your question no none of our investors are using their IRA or 401k for investment purposes, why do you ask.

Dave's question stems from another, do you offer non-recourse loans? Dave and I both work with investors who have IRA/401k funds which are self-directed or self administered and the purchase of investments with these funds require by IRS rules, a non-recourse loan.
I am also interested in looking into your services. Curently looking at many commercial deals and will need financing at some point.
