Hello from Chicago as well....
Hey all, just to introduce myself. I have a few properties in Chicago and am always looking to pick up more. I'm working on a few residential, empty lots, and my first commercial unit (parking lot) as we speak. I just came across some of the topics of these forums, and this site looks like a fantastic resource for like minded motivated people! Glad to be a part of it.
