How's the Bowie Market? You seem to be close to Annapolis.... I've heard that it still has a pretty strong market.

The Bowie market has slowed down, but it is not as bad as some areas. Houses are staying on the market longer, values have dropped a little, but things are moving. Bowie is about 15 minutes from Annapolis.
