Welcome to BP, Curtis from one New Yorker to another. My advice to you is to read up. There's enough good info on this site to keep you busy for a LONG time! Start reading and if something doesn't make sense, ask questions. You'll find that you feel more comfortable with real estate and wholesaling.

Eventually, you'll want to start mapping out your goals and to create your business plan for getting started.
