My husband and I moved here in August from Michigan. We had to rent our house in Michigan...and we are looking for rental investment opportunties around Birmingham.

We are new to all of this...so please input/recommendations are alway welcome!

Oh yeah: What is the best way to get a realtor's license in Birmingham for someone who works 9 to 5?
