Hello from Mexico

I founded this site while I was looking to learn how to promote my properties in Yucatan. Well they are not mine but as they were because are owned by friends and relatives. I think that my market (Yucatan and Riviera Maya) is a good option for investors. I just need to learn how to reach them. I will keep reading on your comments!! Thanks :D

Thanks. Well I have my site [REMOVED]. Actually is on rebuilding but still are visible some of the units I promote to rent. I know there are more to do, I want to be successfull. I started the site, put ads on differents sites, and my goal now is learn better tools. I think I am graduated from kindergarden, now I am starting elementary real state school.

Well, I prefer to hear a proposal and decide. I really like the VA, so for me any fair deal is okay.

Hey Alejandra,

Welcome to the site, I have been to the Yucatan and it was probably my favorite vacation I have EVER taken. I spend 3 weeks there as part of a class in the winter of 06 (got 3 credits too :lol: )

I put up two pictures from my trip in my photo galleries. I did stay in Merida for a week, the pictures are of one of the cenote's and of the Tulum ruins.

Merida and Tulum are growing on "delicate way". Still are charming, quiet and amazings on their natural beauties. But you know have better services, specially on healt care, shopping and travelling. You are welcome to come back!

I've been travelling to Yucatan for over 30 years. I bought my first condo in Cancun at that time and have acquired 5 in total. They have been wonderful rentals, but I'm tiring of them. I may sell a couple of them. PM me if interested in info and my website. Welcome to BP.
