Well I finally mustard up and made an account here on BP. I am 22 years old, currently employed as a firefighter in medium size town but growing ever so fast! I have plenty of free time since I only work every 3rd day. I have been reading around on this site, books and trying to piece together what I need to know.
So far what strikes my eye would be wholesaling, lease option, and possible buy single family homes and rent them. I have no experience other than 2 books and some reading on this site. I plan on starting to call for sale ads to get comfortable talking with sellers and hopefully land a good deal as soon as possible.
I look forward to seeing your responses and to start learning from people who have already started investing.
