Hello all!

My name is Mitchell and I am from Pittsburgh. I have been interested in investing in rental properties for a number of years, but never really knew how to get started. I REALLY want to get started SOON, but lack the knowledge on evaluating a property and knowing what a good investment is. It seems that EVERY property I look at is priced way too high and you cant even cover the expenses and mortgage! I must be doing something wrong.

Well - I look forward to learning a bunch here - hopefully this forum is everything I hope it is!
