Hi All!
I'm a Qualified Intermediary for 1031 Exchanges and also an investor. I've been investing in New Mexico and have done very well. I'm looking for other places to invest and learn about. My strategy is to 1031 and trade up into other SFRs or Multi-unit. Also looking to network with other out of state realtors, etc. I can also give 1031 Exchange workshops/advice anywhere in the country or via telephone.
