G'Day,
Moved here from Australia a lil over a year ago and have since become interested in real estate. I was first leaning towards flipping houses, as the area I live in is a historical area, thus having quite a few run down properties on the market. However, I am currently looking at my first duplex and was trying to figure out if it was a good investment. I thought I would just introduce myself, and now I'm off to the other topics to do some research. Hope to learn and share investing ideas and knowledge with you all. Thanks
