Hello Everyone!!
I've been a part time Realtor for 2 years. I became a realtor mainly for investment purposes and to learn about real estate. I've completed 9 transactions (buying and selling my properties)and I've read and memorized the REPC unlike a lot of Realtors..haha. :lol:
Anyways, my next learning experience is going to be Rehab and flipping properties. I hope to learn a lot here.
