Thanks for the welcome Joshua. My focus is mainly Central Louisiana - Rapides, Grant and Avoyelles Parishes; however, I sometimes venture out into LaSalle & Natchitoches Parishes.

Tax Liens in louisiana have a 3 yr. redemtion period and if I'm not mistaken or only sold once or twice a year. TX would be the better way to go with only 6 mths redemption sometimes less or none at all and can be bought over the counter with no competition on a daily basis. Have not done this yet as I am still a newbie but I have called tax assessors in both states to confirm the info I heard. I am starting as a wholesaler and expand into other things down the line.
