I just thought Drew, can you provide some really good insight on TX laws regarding Lease/Options, maybe tell us a little more on how exactly they must be executed. I've never invested in TX but hear it's harder and harder to utilize creative techniques in the lone star state.
First of all, I taught Chuck Norris everything he knows.
Secondly, without sounding like that guy, there's a long article on my website that explains how to sell a house on a lease option in TX without getting in trouble.
