Hi From around Baltimore, MD
Hello Fellow Members,
My name is Sam and I actually found out about this site through Google. Anyways though I am looking into getting into the property investment business. This would be more of a side thing as I have a full time job, which I like and I also go to grad school in the evenings. I'm looking for something around Baltimore. I honestly have no experience in this area and have just been reading about it on my spare time. If anyone is around the area or knows any good contacts, please let me know. If you have any tips/advice feel free as well. Hope everyone is doing well and I look forward to chatting on this board.
