Hey everyone I have been a member of this forum for like a week or so .. I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Mike and I deal with optioning homes in the preforclosure process.. i deal with the homeowners directly. I also deal with Tax lein forclosures ( again with the homeowners directly ) I am on this forum bercause I am attempting to expand my portfolio of investors that I am able to work with in my or any given area. Specifically investors who are looking to buy properties with a substantial amount of existing equity in them already to rehab. thanks for your time ! :mrgreen:
