Hello to all! I have 11 yrs previous residential real estate experience and also 3yrs in the down payment assistance industry. I am making a change to commercial real estate in hopes of securing listings in the commercial reo & foreclosure market. Unfortunately for the economy, I see this as being the next big waive of foreclosures. I came to this site because I feel there is a wealth of knowledge here.
