Hello for South Jersey
Hello all!
My name is Jim and I am a newbie investor looking for rehab properties in south Jersey. I just closed on a townhouse that needs total rehab and plan to rent it. I also have 2 more bids in on properties in Washington township. I am planning to join SJ Investors very soon. I am looking now for rehabs for resale .I can do cash deals. Looking forward to meeting new colleagues!
