Hi everyone, my name is Ryan Atnip and I am in the Joplin, Mo area. I've got a foreclosure that I just finished rehabing and I'm trying to sell. I love fixing up houses, selling them is not nearly as enjoyable though. I assume I'll be whistling a different tune as soon as it closes.
