Hi from Portland

I reside in the city of Portland, OR. I am looking forward to networking with likeminded enthusiasts. I have been investing as a second career for a number of years, purchasing single family and multi-family properties. I recently decided to invest full-time and jumped in with both feet. My primary interest is apartment buildings and mixed used commercial properties. Since I have been involved in rehabbing in the past, it is possible that I will keep current with that since there are so many currently available due to the foreclosure dump. I am excited about the present market. The challenge I have found is working with the financial constraints brought on by the current economy. Once the financing frees up the prices may not be so attractive.
My outside pursuits include tennis, golf, hiking, road racing, and dancing. I am fortunate to live in an area that offers such a diversity of recreational activities. Although I have spent a majority of my adult life in the Midwest, my attraction to the Pacific Northwest prevailed. Thanks for listening.
