i have a real estate background and just started a foreclosure real estate investment company. looking forward to participating on this forum and learning from experienced investors across this country. i've attended about 5 public courthouse auctions so far. unfortunately, i missed out on my first property by about $900, but i didn't want to exceed my maximum bid. currently, working on a spreadsheet and analyzer program to help with analysis and decision making quickly and easily.

Oh, also check out Steph Davis. She's from Florida and specializes in REO's. She has an awesome blog and just wrote an ebook on the subject. She's really helpful.
