Hey Guys,
I am a commercial agent with Bull Realty in Atlanta, GA. We have the largest market share of commerical real estate listings in the Atlanta MSA.

I specialize in retail investments and gas station /c-store properties. One area I would like to learn more of is large "off market" deals. I have 2 deals off the market in the $30 million range. I know a lot of these deal a done through national level networking and I to gain that through BP.

I know that this is primarily a residential board, and theres a lack of commercial investor forums. Unless you guys know of any.

Do you have any recommendations for commercial lenders? I get lots of calls from investors looking for commercial financing (both conventional and hard money) and would like to be able to refer them to lenders that can help.

Hello jyam,
I new to BP myself and I'm starting to accumulate a buyers list in ATL. The information that I have received from BP has made my transition into wholesaling a lot more comfortable then I had thought it would be. I am definitely a "Newbie" but, these guys reduce the learning curve considerably!!! Welcome...
