Too weird that tonight at the same time you joined and after having had this site bookmarked for over a year I finally decided to revisit it and join up too. As soon as I did I saw your post! Perhaps there is something to "The Secret".

My last day on J O B was today - what a relief getting out that dead end was - now I can go FULL TIME BABY! I have three rehab deals going - Jersey City and Newark. Hitting the ground running! I will be at your Nov event and KILLER short sale class in Dec.

I look forward to meeting with you and networking our butts off.

There is so much money and opportunities to be had out there right now its almost unreal!

Have you done any buy and hold's in JC or Newark?

ya, I like watching your videos. I don't mind ya at all. I was just hoping you didn't show up with guns a blazing with sales pitches, that's all. I'm sure you'll do fine here. You actually remind me a lot of me :mrgreen: a couple of fat white guys who listen to gangsta rap LOL!!!
