I am excited to be part of the BP forums. I have been a lurker for some time now. I have been doing investments in mobile homes for the past several years. I am hoping I can contribute to help other people as well as learn some new things myself. I had gotten burned early on some stick built real estate, but am hoping to add some into the mix as this seems like a great time to buy (at the right price of course!)
