Hello everyone. I am glad I found you all by accident. I was looking for info an CAP Rates and got Ted Karsch article on Determing value of Apartments. I want to focus on Multifamily and MHP. Any help and suggestion are welcomed.

I currently own a blind Cleaning company and want to have a business that aquires real estate as well. I know it is important to treat this as a business as well. On that note I would like to see if those that have business plan for there RE business, would care to share their plan with this newbie. Thanks

Yes, do post it. Post the details in the Deal Analysis forum. By details I just mean the rents, known expenses and vacancy, price, and loan terms. Read in the Rental Property forum about expenses. They're often higher than new rental property investors are led to believe.
