Hi Everybody,
I have been lurking for a couple months trying to pick up all the information I can before I make the leap. I'm still trying to learn so I will likely be very deliberate before doing my first deal, but I feel like I have already learned so much from you all!

My day job is an equity analyst so I believe I can leverage some of that skill set in real estate, and believe that real estate is an attractive investment at this time. I'm 31 years old and have saved up a decent down payment for my first property. It is just a matter of finding the right deal and pulling the trigger.

Thanks to everyone for the insight I have gained in just a couple short months. I look forward to interacting with you all in the future.
