I am a Home repair expert from Northern Indiana. New to the site and new to RE investments. My plan is to learn as much about wholesaling as possible. I want to use my talents to get into rehabbing properties for profit, but do not have the cash or credit right now, so I think wholesaling might be for me. I am interested in hearing from anyone with any advice. Also looking for any partners in the Northern Indiana area, close to Notre Dame. Thanks in advance for any replies, best of luck to everyone on this site.
