ThoughtI would say HI . I'm afix and flip guy working on my third house. I started in july 09 and so far I love it. My background is in remodeling . I spent about 2yrs researching and planning this move and now that i'm here I realize how much more there is to learn . In other words I didn't know what I didn't know.I'm glad there are people willing to share their experience and knowledge.
