Hi Everyone,

This site seems to be a very popular place. I provide real estate financing, but I'm also trying to learn and understand other aspects of the entire real estate industry. While I really enjoy working with realtors and real estate attorneys, I am looking forward to understanding the mindset of investors in determining whether or not a property is a good buy.

I probably won't be posting very much unless I have something valuable to add. But I will be reading and learning from everyone here. Thank you!
