Lets get Started Los Angeles
Hey my name is Joseph Goode, and I live in Studio City, CA which is in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles. Im 25 years old and i feel right now is the perfect time to get involved in the real estate investment business. I almost bought my first property when I was 20 but I backed out because I was scared. As of now I am learning so much form book, internet, seminars and from people around here but I still dont know what to area of the real estate business I should jump into. I dont really have any money but I do have the smarts to get any deal done. Right now, if anyone can be a mentor to me and help me out, I would love it so much and I will succeed.
