Greetings from Orlando, Fl.

My name is Bobby... Just starting my hand out at real estate investing and would like to get serious about it. I am looking to start with Wholesaling and REO's and see where that is going to lead me. One goal I have in mind is to complete my first deal within the next 2 months. This site seems to be a great place to start! I do know that I have lots of things that I need to learn whether it be from books, mentors, expert advice, or real life experiences. I'm looking to gain from the experience on this site and hopefully meet a few local investors along the way. Just know that any responses or advice on any questions that I may post is greatly appreciated with a thank you. Hope all of you on here find great success in real estate investing!

This site is a great place to start - I think the best out there for actual content. Spend time in the Forums and you will pick up valuable information and contacts, and do not hesitate to post questions.

Thanks for the Welcome! I used to live in Brevard when I worked at the Cape, but with the retirement of the Shuttle Program looming, I had to make the move back to Orlando for new oppotunities before the end. I'm always looking to Network! That's the name of the game, right... Yes, I have found how easy the hours can tick by on this site!!! Great place to be!

I'm down here in St. Cloud. We are custom builders/commercial developers in the area. Things are slow in that department right now so I've been doing lots of work up in the City of Deltona with REO's lately. Let me know if I can help you with anything.
