Hey everyone,

I've been browsing the forums for a few months now and figured it was about time to start putting in my 2 cents...

My background was in industrial design and after a couple years of freelance work I decided to pursue my our passion.....real estate. I wasn't exactly sure where to get in and how to start so I went out and got my license. I then decided rather than starting completely on my own (bc I don't have plans to be a Realtor forever) I got in underneath the top Realtor in Chicago. I figured I could learn a lot pretty quickly...which I have.

I'm not ready to change paths yet, but I'm not that far away. While I enjoy reading and learning about all phase of REI, I have the most interest in buy and hold, foreclosures, and tax liens......

I'm just here to learn as much as I can, make some solid connections/ contacts, and maybe even find a mentor!
