Hello from Orange County, CA!
Hello all --
My husband and I just bought our first cash-flow investment property. It's exciting and a bit overwhelming right now -- exciting because we are one step closer to our 10 by 10 years goal; overwhelming because there is still a long road ahead (9 more to go) and there is SO much to learn.
I am hoping that these forums can help me along the way. I am also hoping to find that I am not so alone in my learning, that others have been here too -- in this newbie, unsure-of-everything state -- and can show me (or share the experience with me) that one can move on from a dabbler to a bonafide REI.
This is what I hope most to get out of this shared forum experience -- support and shared experiences. I am looking forward to meeting you all.

Welcome to BP! I think you have a very realistic goal, I'm sure you'll do well. I see a lot of investors in this area from big money states like California.
Make sure wherever you invest that you have a good team on the ground, and stay on top of your PM!
