Newbie from Spring Hill Florida
I'm a newbie wholesaler in Spring Hill Florida. I have no formal education in RE. What I have learned, has been from BP. Excellent website!
Right now i'm attempting to wholesale and assign properties. I have cash buyers - just need the props and i'm working hard on that right now.
I would very much appreciate it if a "few" BP wholesaler members wouldn't mind being my personal "call to" person - just in case I have any issues with something. I promise not to annoy any of you...:mrgreen:
In the future, I hope to become a landlord. I would like to own an apartment building(s).
