Noob from Omaha, NE
Hi all, I'm Chris in Omaha, NE. I've been lurking/studying for awhile now and am looking forward to getting started. I plan on investing in SFR but am also considering starting on the hard money lending side. Eventually I'd like to get big enough to get into apartments or condos. Seems like good economy of scale to me.
It appears there are very few NE here, but maybe they're just quiet.
