Hello Everyone,
I've lurked for a while and now I have gone full fledged =).
I'm from Canada. I own some residential real estate locally & am looking to venture across the border.
I can't believe what I've stumbled upon here. This site is unparalleled. Many of the people here (you know who you are) show a great deal of comradery.
I'm currently looking to invest in the areas of Phoenix , Atlanta, Florida(all around) . I am looking at buy and hold sfr properties up to 150K and apartments of up to 300K. I will consider appealing properties in other regions as well.
Since I am cross border I will need to build a solid team of realtors, brokers, birddogs, and property managers.
I would greatly appreciate any and all help, referrals or advice that you would like to share with me.
