Getting Started in Upstate, South Carolina
Hello, I am newly married to an awesome lady and I have a 7 1/2 (gotta put the 1/2 in there)year old son. I work full time as a Real Estate Executive for Fairway Outdoor Advertising (a billboard company in South Carolina). I am looking for a way to make extra money in my "spare time" from home. I am an ex real estate agent and have over 15 years in and around the Real Estate industry.
I am looking at using Lease Options as my initial means of buying from motivated seller and selling to tenant/buyers.
Any and all help and advice will be greatly appreciated. I don't have a lot of money but I am willing to do the work to make up the difference. I am a quick learner if anyone wants to be a mentor. I am also willing to give back to this network and the industry once I start to gain knowledge.
