New NY contractor here
Hey i have been browsing the forum for months now and figured its about time... obviously not a hard sale. I am a NY contractor, i generally self finance my own RE projects, find property/build home and/or rehab residential homes to flip.
I have recently taken on an investor though for a new project (purchased property and built custom home).
In a few weeks i want to do a complete write up with numbers and pictures...
